| Please make sure you choose your items carefully. We do not accept refund or exchanged if: |

You have changed your mind, decided you no longer want the goods or just don't |
| |
like them, or found that items are the wrong one; |
| |
• |
You found you can buy the same or similar items elsewhere for a cheaper price; |
| |
• |
The items are damaged after the purchase. |
| |
• |
No Cracked Discs, No Scratched Discs, No Missing Discs, No Online Only PC Games. |

If items are subject to refund or exchange, it is customers' choice to refund or exchange. |

Refund will be given immediately after GameSociety.com.au received the detective |
| |
items. We only refund the same amount as the payment you made, and to the |
| |
same card if you paid via card. |
| |

You can also exchange to a different item if you like, on the conditions that you will |
| |
pay the difference if the price of new item is higher than the item you purchased. |
| |
However, if the price of new item is lower than the item you purchased, we will |
| |
refund the difference to you. |
| |

We accept refund or exchange if you simply changes your mind on the condition |
| |
that the items are in their original packaging with a full box, and games are not |
| |
opened if you purchased a bundle. |
| |

Please return items with a valid GameSociety.com.au RA number present. Please do |
| |
not sent item to us without a valid RA number. It will be sent back to sender if it is |
| |
the case. |

Refund will only be made, or replacement will only be shipped once we received the |
| |
detective items. |
| |

Return freight is at the cost of GameSociety.com.au only if the items are detective. |

Otherwise, it is at the cost of customer. |

Please allowing 24- 48 hours to settle as for electronic transfer. |
